Colombo Industrie Tessili has succeeded over time in implementing the combination of tradition and innovation that best describes its deepest DNA. A concrete example is the Archives of the Como-based company, an ideal path through the history of costume and society.
After celebrating 60 years, Colombo Industrie Tessili has dedicated an important area of the company to the Archive, creating a place where one can see and touch all the know-how of this reality and the history of the three historical brands: from Colombo, the eponymous brand, through MarioBoselli Jersey and Its Artea. Alongside tradition, however, they wanted to look at the future, digitizing the archive itself so that it can be accessed online, even remotely. The fabrics have been photographed, cataloged and uploaded to a special platform where they can be searched according to technical and visual parameters.
